Tutors

Staff tutors help new employees with orientation around the university and integration into the work and social processes. In the first phase, four staff members volunteered to offer help:

Blanka Palčič (UP Rectorate),

Petra Majcen (UP Rectorate),

Ingrid Orel (UP Rectorate). 

Their task is to show new employees the atmosphere of the university and guide them through the university functioning. With this, the complex system will become a little less compley and a little more cosy already on the first working day.

At the start of the employment, HR notifies the tutors about their arrivals and experienced staff can immediately offer support to new arrivals.
