Procedures at Administrative units

You should visit the Administrative unit in a town, where you will leave, and register in advance for an appointment.
On the Slovenian Coast there are 3 Administrative units, in Koper, Izola and Piran

ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT IN KOPER

If you were able to secure an appointment, please visit the administrative unit at the specified time. If you were not able to obtain an appointment, please send the application by snail mail to:

We strongly recommend using registered mail, as it ensures that the application will be received on time.

To avoid queues or if sending applications by snail mail, please make the payment via a bank transfer before visiting the administrative unit. You can make the payment to:

COST: 69.97 EUR

FIRST permit is free for students, who are coming to a mobility via an EU program (Erasmus+) or an interuniversity agreement. You still pay for the card (12 EUR).

Based on a bilateral agreement, permit is free also for students from Turkey.

Please register for appointment after 6 October only!

COST: 9.60 EUR (when picking up the permit, you will also pay for the card and the cost will depend on the type)

Scheduling and visits are managed by the international office of the Faculty of Health Sciences. They will contact you for further instructions.
