Accommodation

UP reserves 15% of beds in dormitories for foreign students. To grant a smoother relocation, UP gives absolute priority to students enrolled in the first year of bachelor studies for the first time. UP Student Residences provide 56 beds in Student House Prisoje (more information about the dorm).

UP publishes a call for applications for foreign students to reside in student residences each year in June. Students on a mobility, please take a look at the information below.

Villa Domus, a dormitory managed and owned by the Student Organisation of the University of Primorska, offers 69 beds. For more information, please visit their website. 

!!Important note!! Please be careful when searching for accommodation on social media. From experience, various Facebook groups are not the most reliable, so please pay extra attention. We recommend that you only search for accommodation on the sites listed below. The majority of students live in privately owned flats in coastal towns. In Slovenia, it is common to share a room with another student.

The University of Primorska in collaboration with Erasmus Student Network Primorska (ESN Primorska) may help you find your accommodation in the Slovenian coastal region. A contact list of local landlords will be sent out to accepted mobile students 1 or 2 months prior to arrival.
