Student spaces

MixUP – the UP social space for UP students and staff is open on the ground floor of the UP Lobby (Armerija UP, Titov trg 4, Koper).

It’s dedicated for socializing, short-term work, informal meetings, and it’s open from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 20.00. For use outside these hours, it is necessary to make an appointment in the UP office.

All activities need to take place in such manner that are not disturbing for others. For cleanliness of the space are responsible all visitors, which must arrange and tidy the space so that it is clean for new visitors, in the same or better condition than they found it.

Mix UP provides:

Appliances for preparing drinks and food (ice maker, microwave, water heater, fridge),

Cutlery.

Please use the equipment conscientiously and carefully. If there are any non-working appliances, please do not repair them yourself, but inform the staff of the UP Cabinet (reception office in the UP lobby).

Only the use of electricity for charging purposes or connecting phones, laptops, tablets and wireless speakers is allowed.

If you wish to temporarily reserve the space, you must make an appointment with the UP office.

* You can bring flowers, cutlery, board games and books to the room, which will be available for all users. Bring them to the reception desk in the UP lobby to be checked for suitability
