The UP Admissions Office oversees all admission procedures for enrolment in undergraduate study programmes. Student Offices manage admission procedures for enrolment in postgraduate study programmes at the faculties that provide individual study programmes.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

EU citizens and Slovene nationals without Slovene citizenship can apply in three periods:

Admission procedures for enrolment in postgraduate study programmes are managed by Students Offices at the faculties that provide individual study programmes.

Student nomination for autumn semester and full year: 31 May
Student nomination for spring semester: 31 October

Application deadline for autumn semester and full year: 15 July
Application deadline for spring semester: 30 November

STEPS TO APPLY 

1. Nomination
Make sure that you are officially nominated as a mobile student to the University of Primorska. The nomination must be done by the International Relations Office at your home institution.

2. Fill in the application online
You will receive an email from our faculty or university with the link to the online application system. The application process is a two-step procedure – first you register, and then you can apply with the received credentials.

3. Finalize your application
When you log on to the online application system, please select the relevant mobility programme. If you cannot, you can always choose ”Other student mobility”. To complete the online application, upload the following documents:

• • Learning Agreement for Studies,
  • Proof of your language skills (English B1),
  • A copy of the European ID or the photo page in your passport.
  • Some programmes may require that you upload extra documents – you will be contacted by UP.

4. Accommodation
All mobile students have to search for accommodation on their own. This is a separate process from the student application process.
